Amanda Barnhart, Partner
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a BS in Mathematics and a concentration area in Managerial Sciences. She has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and administration in government, church, non-profit, and business. In addition, she has served for over 18 years in implementation services, client services, and operations management with a Fortune 500 company. Amanda also taught mathematics and accounting at Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana. She has the ability to analyze the current operations of a church or business and find areas that can be addressed to bring savings and regulatory compliance. Amanda brings integrity, honesty, and respect to every situation and looks for ways to pioneer solutions to enable church and business growth.
Amanda is married to her husband of 24 years, Matt. They have one son who is currently enrolled in college in Indiana. Amanda serves on the advisory committee for the Ivy Tech Community College of Health Services in Madison, Indiana. Amanda is a founding member of New Life Community Assembly of God in Bedford, Kentucky, and has served on the board there since 2008.
Crystal Whitice, Managing Partner

Crystal has more than 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial services, specializing in businesses and churches. Crystal is a graduate of Saint Leo University with a BA in Accounting. Crystal and her husband have been in full-time ministry for the last 9 years, currently serving as lead pastors at New Life Community Assembly of God in Bedford, Kentucky. As such, Crystal brings a unique perspective to the needs of the local church and pastor. She is very insightful and has the ability to know the needs of clients before she is even asked. Crystal specializes in bringing churches onto the appropriate accounting platform, oftentimes from nothing, and getting the bookkeeping compliant. Crystal is very detailed, conscientious, and responsive.
Crystal is married to her husband of 25 years, Joel. They have 5 children ranging in age from elementary to college. Crystal and Joel are foster and adoptive parents. Crystal has also served in the past as the church board Treasurer. In addition to her pastoral and work duties, Crystal serves as a member of the board of Tri County Community Action Agency.
